This was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve ever been served. I paid for a full drink and was handed a cup with a visible gap at the top, not filled, not even close. I order this regularly, and it is ALWAYS filled to the top, so this was immediately a red flag. The drink itself was completely wrong: • Barely any milk, it tasted like straight, bitter espresso • Cinnamon powder was missing entirely • An excessive amount of cold foam just dumped on top • A literal gap of air between the drink and foam • Completely separated layers, showing it was never shaken or properly made This wasn’t a minor mistake, this was careless and poorly made from start to finish. At these prices, there is absolutely no excuse for a drink to be missing ingredients, improperly built, and not even filled correctly. It felt rushed, sloppy, and honestly like no one checked it before handing it out. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the bare minimum should be getting the order right. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location if this is the level of quality being served.

I just ordered Starbucks from Uber eats. And normally when I order I do not have any issues. But today's experience was nothing but disappointment. I ordered a venti soy pistachio latte and it literally looks like someone took a small coffee and just dumped it into the cup and it's nothing but foam. So I basically paid almost $9 for a coffee just for it to be less than half with the coffee and then all foam!! Update. Ended up going to the Starbucks and the worker was very sympathetic and felt bad. She went out of her way to fix my drink and make it right. And she even went as far as writing so sorry about that hope you have a nice day on my cup unfortunately I couldn't get it all in the picture. I appreciate that I was able to get my drink fixed and the kindness of the staff. Thank you

Customer service suck. I told them my order 20x and they still could get it right. Gave them cash and they couldn’t give me my money back. Manager kal didnt resolve nothing just taking up for the blonde hair guy at the drive thru. Then came inside still got the order messed up🤷🏽‍♀️ never had the problem at Starbucks and I go to Starbucks all the time this location sucks. Sloppy work

We’ve been treating ourselves to delivery lately and the little messages on the cups, truly make my day! Great staff and delicious coffee. So far everything has been correct each delivery and also when we’ve picked up. Those little things have a big impact on someone’s day. Thank you! :)

This is a new location from the old one... updated, customer friendly service, and new. Everything was spot on. The old location was around the corner. Plus, this one has a drove thru. *****UPDATE***** I was on this side of town and revisted this Starbucks. The barista was Wes, who greeted you when you entered to place your order. Wes has great customer service skills and was very friendly and made my order just the way I requested Thanks
